Welcome to Vestige Apparels. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change, but once an order is placed, the price is fixed unless there is a technical or pricing error.
2. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee the acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, payment issues, or potential fraud.
3. Product Representation
We make every effort to accurately display our products’ colors and details. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, or minor changes in fabric batches. These minor differences do not constitute grounds for returns or complaints.
4. Payments
We offer various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payment options. All transactions are secure, and customer data is kept confidential. In case of payment failures or delays, orders may be held or canceled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer both standard and express shipping options. Standard deliveries typically take 2 to 7 working days, depending on the location. Express delivery is available on request and usually arrives within 1 working day. Vestige Apparels dispatches orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services (e.g., TCS, M&P).
6. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, has all original tags, and is returned in its original zipper bag. Exchanges are accepted only if the issue is genuine. Shipping for returning the item is covered by the customer; the replacement's shipping is paid by Vestige Apparels.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not part of our regular policy and are only offered in rare cases where there is a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. Refunds are processed within 3 working days after inspection, provided the item is returned unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, product designs, images, and text, is the property of Vestige Apparels and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vestige Apparels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to delays in delivery, product misuse, or third-party courier issues.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers are advised to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
