• Standard shipping is available nationwide and usually takes up to 7 working days for delivery.
• Orders within Punjab are often delivered within 2 working days under standard shipping.
• For other regions outside Punjab, standard shipping generally delivers within 4 to 5 working days.
• If a customer specifically requests faster delivery, we can offer express shipping, which typically delivers the parcel within 1 working day.
• We work with reputable courier services such as TCS and M&P to ensure broad coverage and reliable delivery.
• All confirmed orders are dispatched promptly, usually within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Vestige Apparels is not responsible for any delays that occur after the parcel has been handed over to the courier company.
• Issues such as weather conditions, logistic disruptions, or courier delays are beyond our control.
• Once dispatched, tracking details are shared with the customer via SMS or email for complete visibility of the delivery progress.
