Return & Exchange Policy
At Vestige Apparels, we believe in delivering high-quality fashion with a assurance to customer satisfaction. We generally do not offer refunds but we have a well-defined Exchange Policy and a Refund Policy for exceptional cases which assures clarity and fairness to our customers.
Exchange Policy
We understand that you might want to exchange a product due to sizing issues, color preferences, or other valid reasons. Therefore, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- The product must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- It must have all original tags and labels intact.
- The item should be returned in the original zipper packaging, without damage.
- The reason for exchange must be genuine and clearly described. If any false or misleading claims are detected, the customer will be held responsible for any resulting loss.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and verify the returned product, Vestige Apparels will bear the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
Please note:
- Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
- Accessories, undergarments, and customized items are also excluded from the exchange policy.
Refund Policy
While our focus is on offering product exchanges, refunds may be granted in rare cases, such as when:
- The product delivered has a manufacturing defect
- The item received is incorrect
- There is a production error attributable to our team
Customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a refund, the returned product must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Include all original tags and labels
- Be packaged in the original zipper bag, undamaged
Once we receive the item and our quality assurance team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method.
Important: The return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. Refunds will not be processed if the product fails to meet the conditions mentioned above.
Refunds are not applicable to:
- Products purchased on sale or promotional discounts
- Accessories, undergarments, and made-to-order items
